I'm a third-year student in the Fashion and Textile Studies M.A. program at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where I've completed coursework in both the conservation and curatorial tracks.

As a fashion & textile student, historian and conservator, my primary interests are the conservation of modern and contemporary art and fashion objects, synthetic materials/plastics, technical/utilitarian clothing/sportswear, and the histories of all of these things (I've worked in the outdoor industry for a long time, so I really like to talk about gear.)

I am a member of the American Institute for Conservation and its contemporary art and textile specialty groups.
